Service and acceptance

By using Product Outbid or starting a purchase, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund and Cancellation Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account and payment information.

Product submissions and ownership

A product owner must prove control using an accepted technical method. Claims against an already-owned product enter review and do not transfer control automatically. You may submit only lawful destinations you are authorized to promote.

Paid placement

Payment purchases bid credit for a specific product. It is not a donation, investment, stored-value balance, resale right, ownership interest, endorsement, or promise of rank or traffic. Only a verified provider webhook can fulfill a purchase. Taxes may be added at checkout.

Community contributors cannot edit, claim, manage, delist, or demand a refund for the promoted product. Competing payments and valid refunds or disputes can change rank at any time.

Moderation and availability

Pornography, online gambling, malware, phishing, deceptive redirects, prohibited financial activity, unlawful content, and other unsafe or provider-prohibited uses are not allowed. Product Outbid may review, block, suspend, delist, or archive products to protect users, comply with law or provider rules, or investigate payment and ownership abuse.

Delisting, refunds, and disputes

Voluntary owner delisting stops new boosts but does not automatically refund the owner or contributors. Valid provider refunds, disputes, and reversals are recorded against the affected payer's bid credit; one contributor's event does not rewrite another contributor's ledger. Service limits

The service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or a particular commercial result. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Contact Support before purchasing if any term is unclear.
